I feel like this is a solid 6, slightly above average but not that amazing. In my opinion, the people writing reviews here are giving this way too much credit. The only reason it's slightly above average for me is because it's quite fresh at first. However, towards the middle and up to the end, I wouldn't give it more than 4/10, slightly below average, simply because it lacks too many things that would make it a good manga.
I found myself really immersed for a few chapters, it was fresh and interesting. Sakamoto is just way too amazing and perfect as a human being and it was mesmerizing to see his actions at first. However, that's all this manga has to offer, it gets old FAST since the author doesn't change anything up at all. Every chapter is essentially the same, it's all about sakamoto showing how he's a flawless human being, never getting screwed over no matter how impossible his actions seem to be. He amazes everyone and, while being nonchalant about it, gets the affection of everyone because he's just too godlike to keep on being disliked. However, the main character doesn't truly have any personality, all we can like him for is his actions... He's got a deadpan face and seemingly no real emotions, comparing him to a robot might be apt. We don't know who or what he is, we don't know what he feels and we certainly can't understand him, we don't know his goals and he has nothing to offer except doing cool stunts. A very shallow and dull character, no matter what the people here claims.
The characters aren't really interesting, I found the setting to be dull and boring as well. No one in this manga except for the main character are worthy of even being remembered. The scenarios aren't really funny, especially not after the first few chapters, and it all lacks "spirit" or whatever we should call it, it doesn't feel real even in an artificial sense, it just feels machine-like and monotone, I feel no "energy" that can make me immersed.
I feel like the perfect and flawless guy thing could be done way better than this, especially in, say, a fantasy scenario, like a fantasy world where there's more possibilities to make use of. Also, just showing how awesome he is without pause every damn chapter and moment isn't good writing. A good author needs build things up properly and immerse the readers in the story, to make the world around the main character matter, it can't just be the main character doing amazing feats all the time without any other redeeming features. That's boring and as I've said before, it gets old after a few chapters, readers would feel disconnected from the story itself.
So, maybe you're the kind of person who'd enjoy a soul-less story like this, who just loves to watch the main character do the impossible in rapid fire pacing without any plot or real story. Who doesn't mind that there's nothing fun to make up for the lack of plot/story like in a proper gag manga. Maybe you're just smitten with the main character because he's so awesome and cool-headed, be it in romantic attraction or just putting yourself in his perspective while reading. This could be the story for you, sadly it didn't offer me anything much and I just wanted to finish it quickly after reading a few chapters, luckily there's just 24 chapters in this manga and each page barely contains any content at all, being mainly images to show how awesome he is rather than dialogue, thus it can be read very fast, 2-3 hours should be enough to get through it.
