They're both adorable

This was a really nice coming of age story. The male lead is quite sweet and boyish. I like these kind of male leads that I can aspire to be like/learn from. The female lead is sometimes adorable and at other times quite a tomboy.

The only "villain" in this story is the female lead's mother. I hoped she could've been explained a bit better, but the rest of the story is just too cute!

Really nice shoujo with a not-so-nice title..hahah.. cause I was a bit sceptical to pick this up reading the title. They could have a bit more creative naming this..

Anyway, it's a good shoujo story (some conflicts here and there) but overall really nice. Read it, and don't judge a manga by it's title. 😅

This manga was adorable! I haven’t read many true coming of age stories and really enjoyed this one. No filler, love rivals, pointless drama, ‘am I in love?’, obnoxious/harassing behaviour from the ML... none of the usual shoujo tropes, basically. The FL was weak but not annoying, there was a backstory to it, and she worked to improve herself. ML was sweet and more realistic than the ‘popular perfect guy’ that sometimes seems like the shoujo default. Art is beautiful.

this is genuinely a very wholesome manga and every shoujo male lead should aspire to be like the boy in this one. a wonderful male that (even at such a young age) prioritizes the strength and growth of the female MC. the male MC cares for the heroine very much, and he always has her best interests at heart. these two really deserve each other. I just wish that it was longer and explored their life after graduation... simply can't get enough of these two.

I feel it's a cute story with potential, because a lot of young girls would relate to the premise, but I feel character descriptions and backstory hasnt been properly explained right at the beginning, or maybe you're supposed to be in the dark about why every person is falling all over himself to get a glimpse of this heroine? Her friendship with her friends is very cute too but again, why are they climbing gates and trees and why is one friend not... it's confusing.

Art is very cute, expressions are especially detailed. Eyes a little too big, but that's something to be overlooked (a lil pun there for ya!) in most shoujos!
