Description

Yoshino Michi is 32 years old. She's been married for five years, but hasn't had sex for the last two. It's not as if she doesn't get along with her husband, it's just that the sex part is lacking. It was a bit unexpected, but one night when she when drinking with her colleague, Niina Makoto (36), she wound up confessing that her marriage had turned sexless. And then, a shocked Niina responded "My marriage is sexless, too," and smiled with a lonely look in his eyes.

I think it's a somewhat realistic manga? but not quite? even me as a grown woman can't understand the characters lol all the problems would have been fixed if they TALKED, but it seems that it is easier to be cheater heh.Anyway, I feel sorry for Kaede who tried to change and the other one didn't care about it🫠
PD. I just hope Niina and Michi don't end up together idk I just hate Niina's character.

I don't know what's the good point of this manga.
Why love to see people act like an animal?
We have a law, we have common sense.
If you feel legally wronged file a lawsuit. why act like a stupid mindless animal?
I feel so stupid ever knowing something like this.
There is no justification for infidelity if you are still in a marital relationship.
Even the law will protect the victim of infidelity. So, be it husband/wife had the right to file a lawsuit.

Origisnlly i hated this manga, howvever i decidelied to read it once more cause of the comments. The only difference being trying to place myself in each characters perspectives and not trying to bring my own logic into the question. Like if they decided to do option a instead of b. I would not think of how they were being a dumbass and shouls have done the other option, i instead looked it through their perspective.

And oh boy has my opinion of this manga changed, my god its deep, like the guy said he felt bad for his mom, thus married the independent lady cause she was the total opposite of his mom. However he realized that in the marriage he is just like his mom. Like this is roughly what is said, but at that moment my mind was like "brooo...." regardless thos manga is realy good, give it a read, but remember, look at evvwrything through the respective characters, dont try to add your two cents to the characters deciisins, go with the flow

Ok even though i said to not give ur 2 cents, i am gonna because im actually really confuse. Makoto wife has finally realized how bad she was being to makoto, she js attempting to change her ways, but makoto r3fuses to accept that saying that its too late to change. If thats is the case, what can she do to fix their relationship. She is doing what she can right now, if i was him, i would be a little more appreciative, hiwvever i can understand his frustration with her. Like he feels like he is her second obligation, her first being her job. Howver she is attempting to fhange. So i dont really get why i says that its too late to change around chapter 30?

Chapter 33 is my fav so far

Chaptrr 44 was really interesting, like

she forgave him because she thought it was lust, but once she learned it was not out of lust, she qas baffled

A rare hidden gems manga

I don't remember how I found this manga, but I'm so glad I did. The best quality of this manga for me is the characters are so real that I can feel the emotions of the characters. Furthermore, the storyline is natural, yet the interactions and development between the characters make this feels so dramatic and interesting at the same time.

If you're into adult drama genre, I highly encourage to read this manga (and give good score to counter those weird 1 votes).

I know I know, preference is a thing but I genuinely wonder why they can give this manga's score as 1. 5 to 7 is understandable but 1 ? Come on, at least write a review why you guys give it such a bad score.

Now to the manga itself. The characters unexpectedly feel like actual humans in a way you can imagine or even know some/all of those ( main, heck even the secondary too ) characters in the real life. The struggles in the marriage feel realistic.
Neither of them can be really judged to one category like "this character is good" or "this character is bad" for me ( yes even that character, you will know whom I'm talking about after you read the manga ). They have their moments when they do good things and bad things which is why the drama feels more natural rather than dramatic ( well yes, there's this character that does negative actions more than the opposite though ). The character development is also great especially the fmc.

At some point of the story you might wonder, "why this character doesn't divorce with that character ?" Just follow and read more chapters and you'll get your answer. You might be suprised with how the story goes if you have read more and see it yourself how those 2 couples's decision with their marriages and future.

I was surprised to see all the negative scores for this; It would be interesting to see the demographic detail on the people who had a negative view of this manga vs the positive.

I am at a similar age and point in my life as the main characters and this manga felt very true to life. There is definitely melodrama (so you keep reading) but some of the conversations the characters have are really similar to ones I have had with my partner. Well drawn characters with lots of shades of grey, just when you think manga is falling into a trope the author adds a little extra dimension which makes everyone feel 3 dimensional.

A pretty good manga about two couples' marriage problems. Manga that focuses more on exploring the ups and downs of relationships than on glorified romance is rare, so it's a good find if you like that kind of thing. If you hate melodramatic tones, this is not for you. If you hate glorifying cheating, this does not do that in the long run. It does humanize the cheating characters (they are the main protagonists) but it doesn't portray their actions as good, or their partners as evil.
You in particular ended up being my favorite character. What could have easily been an unsympathetic lazy, ignorant husband type is actually a man stuck in a marriage that doesn't fulfill him, and has forgotten to compromise. Like everyone else he's flawed and has done wrong, but has reasons and feelings that are sympathetic.
Absolutely not for everyone. But if your thing is just reading about the realistic emotional struggles of people, told in a dramatic way, it's a perfectly good and rare find.
