Sorry but the last review was bad, looks that we are reading both two completely different comics, and you forgot the spoilers tag too, how sad...
I will use the correct tag and way because of the spoilers, and later a little resume without spoilers for who want to skip it.
Let's start breaking every reason of the last user wrote for his low score with facts in the same webcomic(obvious contains spoilers):
-About the Protagonist face, he uses magic to change his appereance, so who needs a Mask? The Government's agent did not recognize his face later, but suspect him because of his mana pattern(he says that forgot to changed in the scene) and he probably the same height of his Mercenary disguise, probable even the same hair collor, who knows, the Government's Agents are a pain in most of Fiction stories.
You can call him retarded? Yes, but in both Damn Reincarnation and Player Who Returned 10,000 Years Later, they are worse, sorry but I read those too and can tell it.
-About the Factory Prologue, let's use what the comic shared with us:
First one, a shady business, the Factory had workers in a comparable slave's treatment, easy too see it.
Second, the Factory looks localizated in a isolated place, because after the Escape Scene we can see the Protagonist riding the car and the scenary out of the Factory.
So a random guy can get away in this specific cenario? Yes.
How does this society works? In this chapter looks that they really don't cared, let's go for the next one.
-Now about the laws.
The Protagonist is a "menace"(yes, spiderman reference here)!
Menace for who? Shooting people in the head and doing his missions using his power without a care?
We learn in this comics that this World(or maybe City or State whatever) is divided in Districts, the protagonist starts in the worst and last one.
We got powerfull Mage breaking everything in a place without laws and while disguised, do I need to say where is the police or Gorvenament here? Probably they don't care or are waiting a better motive to take action, sadly like real world.
-The bar.
Why you talked about the beautiful Bartender lady like that?
She is veteran employer in that district, she even explain some of how works the reality for the protagonist, is because of her goodwill?
Of course not, the protagonist is a Mage, a rare type of mercenary, she just started helping him because of business. Even the contract is more about underground rules that a legal one, because of the reputation in that type of business.
-The Missions.
The protagonist and others Mercenaries relationship.
It is bad, the only one who don't looks to hate or looked hostile for the protagonist was the Dude who looks similar the Deadpool.
Every other one started bad and with the protagonist choosing his way to deal it, choosing to use the old law of the Strongest.
This is how the author imagines a professional mercenary group behaves, when every mercenary excepted you, wants to screw you.
-Your strange taste.
Nothing cool or exciting or interesting in the story?
We got a Powerfull Mage with a Gun, fighting for his life in a World of Science and Magic, using two different ways and identidies for save himself. Plus the Art is really nice.
Maybe the problem is just you, you know, you can have a specific taste and is okay. Just don't create a fuss next time, because you opinion looks more pure hate that a review with reasons.
In resume, if you want to see a Genius Mage dealing with his own survival in a World of Magic and Science, plus good art and action scenes. Give a chance for this one.
48 Chapters and the only thing that made me sad was the Season End without date to return. This is what really hurts.
