Fantasy adventuring comedy with a dark elf cleric who invested too much in her insulting skills and her companion, the swordsman who has to put up with her antics.

It's enjoyable enough, and certainly gets a laugh out of me often. But I guess the foundation of the most irritating elf character is humor that sometimes falls into SpongeBob SquarePants or Annoying Orange territory—I have no love for the former and a complete disdain for the latter—so I sometimes find myself disliking what happens even though I know that's the point. To be clear, I do find the gags much more intelligent than anything SpongeBob or Annoying Orange ever did by far.
The occasional relief from the elf's main trait is nice, but at the same time, I just can't see that developing while staying true to its annoying-gag nature.
I don't know which I would prefer: to see more zany adventures, or see a real romance develop.... But the two are, in essence, opposed elements in the story.
Give it a try, but it's definitely not to everyone's tastes.
