8 might be a little high, but it was truly good, it was also long enough for an actual story to develop, from their first meeting to their first child, although I did wish the ending would have been longer or more detailed.
I mean I would have like to see more romance, of the main couple or of the side couples and more daily stuff. But that's why it only gets an 8.

Anyway there was one thing that bothered me and that is that the main task they had to accomplish in getting her accepted as a human queen of the beasts is to convince the people, but they mostly just convicted nobility, not one maid or servant was convinced/converted to her side, but then again they were treated as background characters with barely a line, so I guess their thoughts don't matter.

What I don't get though is how they could even talk to each other, seemingly they talk the same language but somehow use completely different letters when writing it ? that's the only glaring mistake I was bothered by.

Anyway it was good, I can't wait for the anime to come out in a few months, it probably won't have the quality and effort it needs, I mean I would like Blue Exorcist The Movie level of effort and quality but that's not probable.

I say this because while the character design was good, the level of details in general was kinda lacking (but that's normal), it mean it was all black and white except for the covers (sorry but manhwa has spoiled me, specially Solo Leveling)

Characters are good. Slow paced romance is good. Not sure what's going to happen each chapter that comes out! Its a little weird with the beast king and the little girl, but surprisingly you can't help but to cheer them on. This is such a simple manga yet it tackles elitism, racism, speciesism (is that a word?) And so many more deep concepts. Its kinda a generic shoujo but it definitely has its own special appeal! I'd give it a try if you're into fantasy, different species relations, character growth, fluffy fluffy moments and cute artwork. This manga will make you happy on a sad day.

can really say that I enjoy this. I found it to be adorable and cute. A lot like beauty and the beast but with a bit of a twist. I am looking forward to read niehime to kemono no ou manga. I think this is best manga) more. It's a lovely little romance between a girl and a beast. He has a secret that no one knows about. He protects her, and loves her. The Demon King is pretty bad ass, super strict and doesn't like to be pushed around.

Saliphie is a pretty spunky chick who accepts her fate. She is super outgoing and will probably make you laugh with some of the stuff she comes up with. She is naive and sees the best in everyone. Overall this manga is super lovely.

I think the heroine is too perfect. She is kind in EVERY situation and completely selfless which makes her hard to see as real. She is a bit 1-dimensional I guess. Also I wish there were more human moments with the male lead huhuhu

The story is cute and very shoujo but beastiality really isn't my thing eventhough it's a very vanilla romance. no judgement if you're into that kinda thing though.

So... if you think you have seen a story whose subjects have been somewhat delineated somewhere in some way before (99.999% of shoujo), ¿It makes it bad? That is some shallow criteria there.
The story so far has been very enjoyable, with good flow and fairly good storytelling.

i fell for this manga right way!!~ Sali is cute, sweet and NOT weak~ tho she seems like a kid, i have read 12 chapters and i still have no idea how old she is hmm -_- but i like her, lovely MC~ the King seemed unattractive at first but after seeing his human form i fell for him xD a hot guy, so i came to like his normal beast form too~ i love the art, fluffy and warm, nice characters, really the mangaka makes anything cute, even creepy beasts!~ i like the world the author made. im looking forward to how the story will continue.
