Short and nice

It is a good one from Mulduck. I guess, I just like his stuff!!
There is no heavy cheating and kink like in the other works by him. There is some comedy here too which is refreshing and how the MC gets his ass kicked a few times.

MC leaves his big time job and his gf leaes at the same time. He wants to become a writer and decides to downsize to a small rental place where - surprise, surprise - there are only other 5 other women living. The landlord is Se Ra, the FMC who is an 'ice-witch' according to everyone - but of course, ice witch with a heart of gold. Cliche's aside, the MC proceeds to bed his the resident slut, then the resident noob (whose hick ex shows up and causes some drama), then the resident model. The scenes with resident noob student were long with a local prevert and a writer who kidnaps the noob and all that. After the noob, MC rescues the model from the clutches of a photographer and she rewards him. But then after a 3-some with the hairdresser slut they decide they don't really need the man between them. Meanwhile, the introverted sister of FMC falls for MC (she with two color eyes). There is a run in with local thugs and she wants to lose her virginity to MC, but by then MC has discovered that the FMC goes into heat when he touches her. He does more than touch her, and realizes that he loves her. So he turns the introvert down. After a stabbing while rescuing the introvert from said thugs, he and the FMC finally figure out thier touching and feeling. MC goes away for a year, becomes a famous writer and returns to the house to reclaim his woman. In true Mulduck fashion though, the new resident of the house is none other than his old ex-gf who had dumped him when he had resigned his high paying job.

Art is good and scenes are hot. There is some comedy, some fighting, some ass kicking and lot of good stuff. Women are hot and MC is a cad who gets with all the women around. It is all good.

GF beaks up with him
His next GF leaves him for another man
Two next love interest ends up leaving him to be together (yuri)

MC turns into kind of an asshole in last 10-12 chapters but then regrets it and decides to show sincerity in last 5.
Art is hot af. Especially the [spoiler]couple of threesomes[/spoilers]. Unfortunately you don't see the yuri.
I rate it probably a 7.5 but I'ld bump it up to 8 for the art.
