It is rare for me to give a high score, much less 10, for a reincarnation and OP MC type of series. So let me explain why using a breakdown (instead of opinionated vague statements).
Story: 9
The story is interesting, because it keeps touching on values and concepts that are not common on reincarnation series, and the humour is quite up my alley. To avoid spoilers, all I can say is that the twist in later chapters, while I have seen them before, do make a lot of sense, rather than look like forced extensions, like some other series.
One downside is that since it is adapted from a novel, it can be seen quite clearly that some parts seem to have slight jumps here and there, an indication that some details were left out from the novel.
Character: 9
In a reincarnation manga, most of the time, the MC will be OP, and the world will normally revolve around him/her. There are 2 types, the OP all the way and the gradual by gradual improvement, but generally above average power, with the introduction of stronger enemies little by little.
But this series has a lot of elements to it, an OP MC, familial ties, excellent leadership, an unusually strong emphasis on caring for subordinates' lives, worldbuilding, development of various characters and teams that go beyond just individual side characters, breaking the fourth wall and much more.
The characters are interesting and although some are quite cliche, the way they interact go beyond event responses, you can tell that there is synergy among characters that allow for continual interactions, which is rare for action series, because those are usually more for slice-of-life series.
Art:9
The art is pretty solid, and some panels are worth appreciating rather than reading through. The characters are all pretty distinct from each other as well. Since this is a colored series (the way webcomics usually are), it is easy to differentiate by hair colour as well (and really good job on the hair colour for significance of the OP powers later).
Enjoyment: 10
There's nothing much else to say, I finished 572 chapters in 3 days while having other IRL commitments. If you like action series that go beyond slapstick comedy (like gintama) you might like this. It's the kind of series that keep switching between comedy, heartwarming and serious (involves killing and heavy concepts) scenes. So it really depends on your preferences.
