The pacing is very good, especially for an adaption of a novel. Significant things happen constantly and I’m satisfied with the romance development, but it doesn’t feel rushed. The art is very good too. It doesn’t have that quality to it that makes me look at a picture and immediately think ‘ah, it’s a bl artist’ if that makes sense. There’s a plot point early on that made me worry the main character would be a constant damsel in distress, but that doesn’t happen too often.

It's a decent isekai with a gay couple. My only complaint is that the relationship between the two hasn't really progressed in any significant way since Vol1-2. And it's Vol 5 already. They need to talk, like yesterday!

So I have a lot of appreciation that someone made such a niche Isekai for boring people like me! It also happens that there was some BL elements in here, so that's neat. It's just a matter of seeing what gets focused on. There's the accounting system, Kondou's romance stuff, and like magic nonsense to contend with, and something will have to give lol.

EDIT: The most graphic depictions of sexual content I've seen is suggestions of sexual acts, so nothing graphic. While it's cute to see Kondou and Aresh being in each other's embrace, I wanted to see some scenes drawn out as described in the novel.

As an Isekai BL ,the trash manga Titan bride cant even be compared to it ,don't know why this manga didn't get adaption while the the BS titan bride got one....and not even got Licensed in English!!!
Beautiful Art ,good story line ,loveable characters ...so enjoyable and so eager for next chapters ,wished I read it after it got finished ...

Best Isekai BL that deserves an anime adaptation

I love the dynamics between the two male leads: Kondou, who's a corporate slave focused solely on work, and Captain Indrak, an indifferent noble and Captain of the Royal Order, who later becomes the most important person in Kondou's life.

Honestly, I like Kondou so much because he uses his accounting skills and math knowledge in his role as an accounting employee in the royal palace. Just like Aresh said, he could’ve lived a life of luxury since the kingdom would cover all his expenses as long as he stayed, but instead, he demanded a job. And I disagree with the knights when they say he’s plain-looking. He’s actually sharp and handsome, with an aura that screams 'baddie' and 'witty.' He’s one of the most badass ukes I’ve seen, with his brains as his main weapon. 🔥 Captain Aresh Indrak is absolutely good-looking too, but more importantly, he becomes so kind and weak when it comes to Kondou. 😂

Also, can we appreciate how Aresh NEVER assaulted Kondou and politely asked for consent before doing the “deed” to save him? I really love how Aresh manages Kondou's food, diet, and lifestyle to make sure he stays healthy. I also like that Kondou isn’t oblivious to the Captain's feelings. I can’t wait for the next volume! 😁 I hope this series never ends. 😭 It’s truly the best isekai BL I’ve read so far!

The art style is top-tier too. 😍🔥🔥

The manga is actually based on a light novel, and I’ve already read the whole first season. I can’t wait for the next chapters of the manga because their relationship is going to change for the better. The light novel was lovely and eloquently written. 😭😍
