There you go. It definitely feels insulting to read it, the same cliche, generic crap over and over again.
No offense to the scanlators but I honestly don't know why they don't drop it.
THIS MC will annoy the hell of people , why? he's to wishy-washy instead of going with the flow.
when a mc is as op as he is one can't deflect responsibility, everyone know the spiderman quote "with great power comes great responsibility" what will annoy the reader is that the mc will reject responsibility when he should have accepted and accept responsibilities for thing he has no busy to be in, and trouble will always find him and he will say he is done with saving the world. at the end of the day if mc wants to enjoy the world he can't act as a bystander and watch the world get destroy when you consider he has all that power and wants to live in it, and many stupid readers don't realized this is what makes the mc annoying like a mosquito and wishy-washy
Generic AF, insipid, uninspired, unoriginal - how many ways to put this to make it clear?
Read only if you absolutely must have an OP MC fantasy obsession quota to meet.
It starts off alright enough for the genre, but that's almost all it has (the only other thing being character designs).
At some point, you get a mysterious organization for whom everything works out, except for when the MC plays hero.
And someone else already ranted about how he says he wants to stay unknown, then proceeds to do everything he can to be known...
Lastly, and this is easily the worst part of this; the power creeping is so horrendous, even the Teletubbies do it better. And they don't even have any! As far as I know, at least...
Main character says he doesn't want to be a super famous person... and proceeds to do almost everything he can to become famous whenever he has other, more sensible options. The author is either taking a dump on the reader's intelligence or is just that lacking in intelligence; considering how unbelievably superficial the characters' words are, and how nonsensical his logic gets, I can't say which one.
Regardless, this manga is one I don't recommend investing into. The character designs are really the only draw.
I've read at least 20 isekai series, and to be honest, it just gets worse and worse the longer the series goes on.
Originally it was still ok, having one of those "the strongest guy being reincarnated" tropes, but slowly the fanservice and the story progression both became more and more half-hearted.
Also, there were a lot of events which were poorly-explained, there's poor worldbuilding and character development, especially the MC, whose power-ups seem random and for no reason. No literally, he can power up through random events that don't make sense.
I think the greatest gripe I have with it is how lazy the story is going as of chapter 82. There were some interesting plot lines that were started but severed quickly as well, and now it goes on to the "save the world" trope, only in the laziest way possible. What's next? Defeat all the enemies one by one? We have a good reference because we know there are enemies up to 900+, so maybe the MC can defeat 1 enemy per chapter? Hey that sounds better than the current brain-dead progression now lol.
In conclusion, cliché MC and story, terrible progression.
The story goes from MC reincarnated with previous lives knowledge locked and unlocked by MC actions.
MC Previous life memories in short learn magic or sword and become the strongest, I don't think MC don't have other action and knowledge for the world other than fighting and learning. This is weird and seem like intentionally like this by author to make room for stories in MC fourth life (before isekai, magic emperor, sword emperor, story now).
It's actually not that bad. The women aren't too annoying, the male mc isn't gawking all of the time or getting flustered. It's pretty chilled out most of the time. If you have nothing better to read and like isekai, I'd give this a fair shot.
Classic isekai story with an OP MC. It has nothing that stands up in particular, classic MC that hasn't have to do anything to gain strong to a ludicrous and boring degree, he is aloof and way too clueless for someone who lived two lives, secondary cast are 2 women so far but there has been not enough content to tell where this is going, at least there is no fanservice and the girls so far haven't thrown themselves to the MC for no reason as often happens.
So, yeah, nothing stands out but at the same time, it has no glaring flaws either... it takes no risks with storytelling or characters or world-building, so for those who like and want more of the OP character in isekai trope.
