But then the other characters get other skills too? Like after they kill someone? Wouldnt that just make absorption just redundant

There's literally nothing that stands out about this. The author just does whatever they want to without giving a care whether or not it makes sense.

The MC is giving a power that's so OP it gets idiotic after awhile.He can absorb any power from anyone and the authors constantly uses the temporarily bit but that's just from the person he steals it from. He keeps it.

I think the author tried to use every trope they could possibly fit into the story. The art isn't even a savior as some are. Even if you're bored, give this one a pass.

I think the author just cranks out stories without thinking too much considering how many they have ongoing. Hoping one dart sticks on the board.

Bad Writing

I don't even know how this got published. The art and character designs are cool... and that's it.

The writing is bad. No character acts like a real person, they're all 1 dimensional caricatures. Characterization isn't even consistent.

Villains are shown to finish a dungeon, go back to the castle, train, then go to an abandoned castle with a large group. The MC stopped trying to finish the dungeon and headed straight to the same abandoned casle with just him and one other... the villains made it there first.

Then, despite knowing refugee allies may be under threat, the MC and FL literally show no urgency at all and let a bunch come to harm.

I'm only giving it a 3 because the art and character designs are good. Alas, art by itself does not account for the most important parts of a story.

The author of this manga really don't know how to make story at all, with all manga out there with this same plot and genre this is the worst. First The mc is supposed to be love or at least likeable by reader not the other way around right? But after few chapter you reading this and you thought this gonna be lit! couse the mc finally has chance to have his revenge for people that try to kill him and treat him like sh*it and save the day by saving demon kid being slaughter by his former classmate in the process. NOPE, the mc just like you guys can retread now couse I'm here even you guys already butcher the kid. I'm just facepalm my face hard when read that. The mc act like nothing happens at all, what about character development?

Also, I can't tell you how many eyes in the first two chapters I've seen go wide with horror or worry or startlement. Eesh. It's not the worst ever -- it's just old and over-dark.

While reading the first chapter I was pretty sure how this series was gonna head and class this into mediocrity as per usual. Instead I was suprised to see I was somewhat wrong on this assertion. What I actually got was worse then I realised and the more I thought on it the worse it got.

Edit added comments I'm removing all my previous things I talked about cause alot of it is irrelevent now. We have a character who was betrayed and was going to be killed by the so called "hero" classmates just so they could get more EXP.

You hear this and go "Well surely he's gonna want to get revenge on them with no moral implications" and to that I say "Oh no instead you get multiple chances for him to get his revenge and kill the people who clearly still want him dead and have let them go twice now even after the coming across them starting to commit genocide in the name of being "heroes". Also he heals a classmate after absorbing some abilities who was actively participating in the genocide."

So yeah this is an MC who's inaction continuously has and will result in many deaths that were needless if he had just killed said villains, it doesn't matter if they are classmates of his (they all treated him like dirt before isekai'd) they tried to kill him and then later he comes across them commiting genocide. At this point the MC is responsible for all the deaths that happens.

This is stupid for so many reasons but whats worse is he claims to new Dragon character they aren't strong enough to hunt the class down😕 He's essentially immortal at this point so he's giving a false excuse cause he doesn't want to kill them for some reason? No-one in real life would be this stupid and naive after already being targetted for death from the same group of people multiple times.

We also have the one person in the class who was all like "He saved me why is everyone else treating him like trash" somehow not noticing the GENOCIDE nor the clearly evil acts her class was about to commit both times. And yet despite all that and witnessing her "hero" classmates attacking MC again to kill him she escapes with the clearly very evil people....... I honestly at this point hope she dies to one of the supposed "Heroes" slowly so she can finally realise how retarded all her decisions to this point where.

My original rating was a 2/10, normally I don't give 1/10's cause theres some level of redeeming feature of a series but this one has jumped the shark while nuking the fridge to get from A to B to C plotwise. There is nothing this series can do at this point to recover from the atrocious writing up until ch10 that will raise it's score.
