Tsuyoshi Ikawa is the youngest son of the Igawa family. Everyone in the neighborhood thinks that Tsuyoshi is a good-for-nothing musclehead, but in fact, he's a dutiful young man who looks after all of the household chores, because his father is always at work and his mother and two elder sisters are lazy and incompetent.
