(Vol. 1 - 8, following official English release)
It has a decent story, though it's often overdramatic to the point of being ridiculous and sometimes wastes a ton of pages on little things.
The character art is great, and I especially love the artist's faces.
Fact is though I've been reading this one for fanservice with some plot, and I think it's one of those manga that's not worth it without the former.
It started out being pretty ecchi about a girl wanting to do and show off erotic cosplay. You get sexy costumes with plenty of exposing angles and changing scenes, and there's some sexual content in the drawing details and some situations. The first 3 volumes are the best for this and has a good balance of what you'd expect from similar, good ecchi manga.
However after that there's less and less of it to the point that some elements are just dropped off. The mangaka clearly does not want to make this an ecchi manga anymore. The focus heavily changes more towards the story and making cosplay friends. While the costumes are still sexy (though often the same 'ol thing), the amount it shows off is minimal, and the whole ero cosplay premise stops being a thing. Nearly all of the nudity is removed except for end of volume bonus chapters, and some of them are so short to the point of being 'nothing'.
And Volume 8 is just the worst. Having arguably zero fanservice and then no nudity in the bonus chapter this time, you could not tag this volume as ecchi. I'd want my money back if I could for this one.
It's not worth reading for this genre anymore and I hate when mangaka do this. If it had just started this tame then it would have been fine because the story is decent, but I won't be supporting the official release anymore since it's been so little compared to the start.
