the artist draws malnourished bodies really well. seeing the body was very convincing compared to other manga art of a poor struggling student. story was short and sweet, relied on tropes so nothing unexpected or particularly interesting. alpha saves a poor scholarship student omega in a school with omega prejudice through the power of love, nothing new.

Sweet But Too Short

2 volumes completed. As everyone says, the relationship is very cute & fluffy - the alpha is absolutely a green flag. However, my main complaint is that the omega's trauma is so severe and complicated that I was unsatisfied with what little resolution it received - in short, I don't think that sort of trauma can be handled in a single volume. I know a high number of BLs & omegaverse stories are finished in 1 volume (about 4-6 chapters), but in this case, the short length hurt the story. That being said, the final pages of volume 2 hint that this trauma will be delved into more, so my opinion could very well change. Especially since this story is becoming a series, rather than a one-shot + a one-shot sequel.

Wait holy sht, this alpha keeps raising the bar higher and higher. Saying he's a green flag is not right, after what he did I think he's the whole forest🌲

Chapter 3: Sht guys he's literally the best. I fcking adore the alpha. He's just so considerate and caring in this chapter 😭😭💔💔 the way he reassures the omega omg. He's the greenest flag of all, the urge to stop himself before he can do anything 😍🫶🫶 Ichijo reminds me to stay single cuz I can't find a lover like him 😔 Ladies, gentlemen plz keep Ichijo in mind and dont lower the bar, my man is the standard 🫡

Chap 9: Literally one of the sweetest couple ever in omegaverse!! Miyabi just want them to be on equal foot, and haruto just want to give miyabi all and his best bcs it's his love languange. The way they show it lead to a little mismatch but with communication and honesty they can make it works. A real relationship conflict without third party or whatsoever, love it. I love how their relationship had a conflict and a growth from it without any third party involved. Usually it’s another guy showing interest in the bottom or vice versa but their conflict was so real and they solved it with a much needed communication that made their relationship stronger. I love them so much 😭♥️

You know when you hurt your loved ones unknowingly but you also know that despite being unintentional it is your fault😭😭 Then you not only feel so bad that your chest becomes heavy with the guilt but at the same time, you are grateful for the loved one to be in your life and feel blessed, and you think you don’t deserve them😭😭

The first chapter started off like a bulldozer, but the next chapters became so wholesome and sweet!

Whenever I felt like it, I always re-read this one and still feel the same from when I first read this. I really love this manga! At first, I thought that there's only one volume. Now that I decided to leave a comment, I saw that there's another volume! Is it alright for me to wait for more volumes until they finally married, have jobs and children?!

Yes, this will be a very gruelling wait since this is a manga, after all... Every great things are really hard to come by. That might take years until this will be completed. Still! The wait will be very rewarding!
