Sooooo I have an issue with this manhua because some parts I enjoy and others… meh.
The premise is actually not bad at all - I like that the transmigration is to a future not too near but not to far but enough for there to be consequential changes and technological updates.
The other thing I like is the nature of powers and why the protagonist has a lot of potential for OPness.
One of the first things that I feel goes against the manhua is that it doesn’t really give you anything to hold onto until chapter 16, which for me is a no go for any webtoon - within 10 chapters we should be fully into it and understand the basic gears.
The other thing that’s frustrating is that nothing is really explained, it’s fast moving but not in a logical way nor why it’s going in a certain direction and although there seem to be a multitude of ways for the MC to improve it’s lost on pages of general “gna put down some a**holes who direspected me “.
Also one thing that might annoy many readers is the temperament and personality of MC who thinks everything is due because he used to be best hero of all time.
It’s not the worst but lacks in many areas - to read at your own discretion.

I don't like the writing, mc still has a huge ego from being the strongest of humanity, for some reason lacks maturity that one would expect from a battle-hardened warrior like the mc is.
The martial artist girl with childish, self-centered, arrogant and tsundere personality is pretty unlikeable as well.
Explanations' writing is meh/dumped/bland.
Occasional annoying flowery, heroic, lip service-esque comments/expressions (while not explicit), but to me it creates/gives off this weird heroic nationalism-esque vibe which I've noticed from some other chinese fiction works as well.
Lack of background information/introductory information even for a "jump into the story"-start, would've liked a little more at least at the beginning, though not that big of a deal.
Good art, lots of fan service, if you're into that, but not my cup of tea.

You know the drill by now. Demons/monsters invaded Earth and humanity fights back with awakened powers or new advanced technology using materials gained from the aforementioned demons/monsters and our main protagonist dies and gets transmigrated but this time into the future instead of the past.
Our main protagonist acts like he is superior to everybody and owed something since he was the former strongest in the past but now has piss poor physical stats which is mainly played for comical relief as he fails every physical assignment and is picked on for being weak but we all know he secretly OP that'll suprise everybody proving them wrong.
Disregarding all the generic stuff my biggest criticism so far is that there was really no build up or background as to who the main character was personally and currently is other then his defining personality trait being that his past self was considered the strongest and his now current self (with even the same name) being the weakest and getting plucked up and thrown into an academy/training setting. It felt mostly disconnected so at the moment the main character is a bit of a blank canvas that'll hopefully develope into an actual character with some depth to him other then a so far one dimensional reader self-insert.
