Description

One fateful day, Ryousuke Kaga, a typical hopeless romantic and hopelessly perverted high school student, has a chance encounter in the rain with a beautiful girl. After graciously offering both his home for her to dry off in and his help for anything she might need, the mysterious red-eyed beauty thanks him by stabbing Ryousuke in the chest! To further complicate matters, the girl, Lisara Restole, is actually a shinigami–that is, a god of death–and Ryousuke has somehow unwittingly agreed to let her use his “essence” to remain in this world. But instead of shaving years off his life like one might expect of a typical shinigami, Lisara seems more interested in…leeching the letch right out of him?!

As I said in the title there's no plot whatsoever. It goes on randomly but for a ecchi it's quite fine if you ask me.

Awful in general but good for its tropes i think based on 10 chapters.

Standard tropes applies based on tags. Dont waste time on reading it like i did for those few chapters, just flip through the pages to look at the art since thats what you came for really and even that is bland. Pantyshots and nosebleeds. An hour from now youve forgotten youve ever heard of this manga.

The comments under me are right. You have to wonder what the mangaka was thinking. I wonder how the light novel ended. This manga is bad though and if the LN is anything like it, I wouldn't give it a 2nd thought.

This series has up and downs in all its length, some chapters are good, some are more MEH, but the end ruined everything for me, it's not a cliffhanger, it's not an open ending, I can't even call it an ending. With this the story goes nowhere and makes the entire series a waste of time.

The ending for this is just pathetic. It's worse than some series when they get axed.
It even would have been better with a cliffhanger even without any plan of a sequel to it.

Even negima's time skip ending that I despised was better than this.

This happen again and again... that someone complain about this kind of banal ecchi harem plot story.Remember this kind of story has its own fans and market base on their light novel selling amount and there's nothing wrong with it. And surely you don't find anywhere else except in japanese manga.

How can this SH** manga be more than a 4 out of 10?
There is NO fighting, IF there is something CLOSE to a fight, it's worth 2 pages and no action happens.
Plot is simply LAME, a girl recieves demon powers due to a guy that is a bit perv? This is like the dictionary definition of LAME.

This manga is trying to be, more than anything else, an ecchi comedy shounen romance. It may just be that I don't get the jokes, but this manga has not made me laugh once. The "romance" doesn't really draw me in and make me wan't to see what happens to the relationships. This is definitely shounen. Something about the art just doesn't do it for me. Everything seems oddly proportioned, and not in the normal way but in the "this artist needs to go back to art school" kind of way. This manga isn't especially bad, but it's nothing special either.

Are you kidding me? How is this anything like Bleach? Sure there are shinigamis in it but that's where the similarities end!
Also, don't be mistaken about the title or cover; although it seems to reek of extreme ecchi content, ya know, the ones full of boobs, naked girls, moans, and tasteless sex jokes in every chapter, in reality the ecchi levels are actually quite modest; it doesn't 'advertise'/focus too much on ecchi content and that's good for me. If I have to compare the ecchi content in this manga to others, then this is nowhere even near that of To-love-ru, not even Sora no Otoshimono. Probably comparable to Mx0. An acceptable amount of ecchi.

And about being 'original' or not...seriously now, is it really that bothersome? Pretty much every manga and anime copies stuff from each other. What's important is the way its executed. Besides, not EVERYTHING in this series is unoriginal. Its got some cliche content but Imo its tastefully done.

I dare say that I've read a lot manga, and I find this one pretty fun and nicely done. The jokes, ecchi or not, are good fun. The characters are interesting too. Kaga Ryousuke reminds me of Sakurai Tomoki from Sora no Otoshimono in terms of perversion, but not as bad lol. He's also quite brave for a weak guy, although his motivations can be quite abnormal (but still funny!). But most importantly he's a good person. The red hair heroine reminds me of Chidori from Full Metal Panic; pretty, but strong-willed and can take care of herself, and definitely not the typical prettiest-girl-in-school type. Hell no.
As of chapter 6, not much is revealed yet, but I think the pacing is appropriate.

All in all, its good, I love the characters, and I. WANT. MORE.

No this isn't a hentai. It just has a lot of jokes about sex and impotence. The main male is a wimpy perv and the women have a tendency to be unclothed around him. Yes there are a lot of cliches like transfer students and power meters but it is all in good fun. I personally like the male character. He's an unapologetic perv and that is a damn site better than the wimpy glasses wearing coward or chivalric blonde headed delinquents you often find in romances.

I'm a bit surprised this counts as a harem already. Usually I'd only count a series a harem if the main male is being chased by three or more girls. Right now its only two. I guess there's more later in the light novel or in the raws.
