Side characters made me continue the manga

Initially I really like the interaction of both main characters and their romance..
But after couple of volumes later.. My main reason of continuing the story would be the interaction of side characters.. which I think pretty cute and pure

This is one of the manga where the female starts out strong and ends up weak. The first chapter was good, but all the others were bad. If you're looking for a strong female lead, read this as a one-shot.

Good premise but...

I must admit I loved the premise of this one with the girl being an observer of people, a popular writer and an outcast in class and the guy being very popular but actually shallow and full of himself. But the story quickly disintegrates into a mashup of the usual cliches and it took effort to get to the end of this one.

I feel like I should've expected it to be like that because while Tooyama Ema is great at cutesy stories with shy female protagonists and some lighthearted cliches, I shouldn't have expected much from Yukina who seems strong and aware about human nature but really can't see anything in regards to herself. Not to mention the story she was writing just came across as bad fanfiction. Unfortunately, that's believable as being a massive success, just look at 50 Shades of Grey.

Ultimately, I can't recommend it because it shows a lot of promise early, and then just gets irritating. Unfortunately, the promise of something better really makes the rest of it seem worse than it is.

Cute art, as Tooyama usually has. But not much more. If you really want to read a cutesy story about young love, a shy protagonist, love triangles, family drama, middle school celebrities and growing in confidence (with extra sides of cliches), get a few volumes in and that's what you'll get from then on. So I suppose I could recommend it for you if that sounds like a story that would appeal to you.

honestly i could say a lot about this manga but all i. m really going to say is i feel led on and let down. the art was very good though and i for the most part really enjoyed the characters just felt like they were not used to their full potential. also i don't know why the smut tag is on this because it is most def not smut.

When I started reading this, I was really curious and then it started becoming "muh ideal guy muh sparkle muh difficult problems" and so on. I had some hope when Hisame appeared that he'll wreck the party, but he quickly fell short.

I'm not even sure how I finished reading this. The ending is really obvious.

A manga that provides some entertainment in a certain level, I wouldn't say it's perfect as it suffers character derailment especially from Yukina, other characters does not have that same problem as much.

I like how the author added more characters to bring something new, admittedly not original,but the characters weren't just carbon copies of each other, they had distinct personalities with different flaws and they had good screen time. With adding more characters not to the point of abusing it it won't get too repetitive. The only problem was when Hisame character interaction with Yukina gets extremely irritable with all the character derailment, the hisame mini arc single handedly ruined the series.

Overall a once good, but now terrible read especially at the last 20 chapters as that is where the series declines heavily, it suffers from being too melodramatic over such small things, I wouldn't blame readers if they started to become irriated

I was really into this at first. I've been following it since the first chapter came out, albeit half-heartedly, and I recently reread the whole manga from the beginning until the chapter when

Shigure says he doesn't like cell phone novels and she gets all shattered and heartbroken. After that part, I was like, "uh, what happened to our badass, don't-care Yukina? It's quite the disappointment that she became so weak after being so independent and fierce before. If the author manages to save the series after that blunder, maybe I'll try again, but for now, it's a great big nah.

This is those type of manga where the female lead starts out as strong, then becomes weak as the story progresses, you will reach the point where you won't even care what happens to her.

Attracting and Heart Racing!

I liked this series. It was really attractive and a quick read. A strong girl with a dense heart and a guy who doesn't want to get serious. It features unequal romance but still it has that unique quality to hold your attention. At the end of each chapter, you're like, OMG what will happen next. This would go on with you and you wouldn't know when you've reached chapter 40.

She is going with the main hero only for the sake of novel and doesn't seem to realise that she is in love and does things that makes the male lead get angry and leave. That is one low point.

i don't like the extra characters except Sensei. Rest are just irritating and page wasting.
