They make the story move at snailpace. It stalls unnecessarily with internal monologue (in the latest chapter +/- 5 sentences were said between characters while rest was internal monologue).
This is one of those series where you need to stack up a lot of chapters to binge or you will most likely think "it's been 4 weeks, how are they still on the same conversation?"

I read light novel and web novel. Both were very good. For me light novel were better. First 15 chapters of manga is interesting, though, it is lacking a lot of content and explaining of events and thought processes... I hope it will be compensated with other staff. For now manga is pretty enough. Art is good, though very different from novel. Humbaba is a cutie. There is a lot of chapters to wait to see Humbaba's dark gap-moe)))
