Lezhin Comics publishes Korean webtoons/web comics, similar to the more well-known Naver. It is owned by Lezhin Entertainment, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kidari Studio,
which purchased the company in 2020-2021 with the intent of expanding its existing brand into the global webtoon market, especially the United States and Japan.

Besides webcomics, they also do online re-publications and translations of manga, manhwa and novels.

Lezhin has different language platforms for officially translated comics, including English, Spanish, Japanese, and Thai. Lezhin also owns the other Japanese webtoon site, Beltoon, which features some platform-exclusive licensed comics not available on Lezhin JP.

As of late 2022, Lezhin's Spanish platform began publishing uncensored comics. Most have been previously released as censored on Lezhin's or other platforms. They cost more per chapter than the censored versions.

As of April 2023, uncensored comics have also been released on Lezhin's English platform. They have the same price as all other comics on Lezhin US.
