What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

Computers? Crime Makers?

Looking for two things again. xD

A. Manga related with computers? Like Hackers or anything.
B. Manga with Criminals as the lead. (Snatchers or something like that.)

Additional information:
No shoujo/gender bender please.
I like Interesting ones - as long as it is interesting to you its fine. xD
Finished - I prefer finished ones, ongoing works too if it has already a lot of chapters/volumes out. If it is still new, its fine. please still suggest it. xD
Strategy - I prefer if they portray strategic actions in solving whatever they need to solve. Team-making is good one too.

Also, I've read this manga wherein two people were hired to kill bad people only. One was a teacher and is in need of money because her sister is sick. One is a detective that only seeks for revenge (not sure with this one.) I hope you can help me with this one too biggrin
And oh, in their first job, they killed and robbed a man, where they actually didn't found anything valuable, but took his daughter.

Tensai Family Company is a pretty good one. He's a genius and there's a part where he actually uses his brain to outsmart his competitor. Edit: just reread your request. This has only bits of computer related story so can this be deleted?

Kind of. There's a strong side character who is tech savey, but the main story revolves around crime syndicates and what not.
