- I Want Nothing
A boy meets a serial killer.
1 Volume (Complete)

Requires more than one read to catch the depth of these stories. You may even find that they are interconnected somehow. Don't read if you can't handle shotacon. Very dark, very psychological, very twisted and not pretty at all.
These dark and mysterious stories are worthy of rereading several times. In fact, they only reveal their true strength through several readings.
I really enjoyed both of the oneshots that have been scanlated so far. They are actually quite complex and take a few readings to understand what the author is trying to convey psychologically.
The art work is uniquely Dr.Ten and I find her style really grows on me: The more I read/gaze at the words and illustrations of her stories, the more I get out of it and the stories only reveal more and more each time. Intially, I didn't really think I liked her stories or art, but interestingly, my opinion has morphed as I comprehend her style better. With the most recent work I have read b y Dr.Ten, 'I Want Nothing,' I found I was immediately impacted with the power of the scene where the murderer is drawn in the forest with his dark clothing fluttering about him and the view is from the boy's perspective looking up at this disturbingly frightening and strangely magnetically appealing person.
I've only read this one story, and while it has an interesting plot with mystery and eroticism, I only gave it a 6 because it feels unfinished as though the story has only just been introduced and there is more to be revealed.
